Our Scientific Committee has taken time to ensure each submission receives careful review and constructive feedback.

If you have been successful in your submission, you will receive feedback by 10 September. If you have not received feedback by 11 September 2025, it means your submission was not accepted. We appreciate your patience and look forward to sharing a dynamic, inclusive conference programme that reflects the richness of engaged research in Africa.
